Hyundai South Africa partnered with DCX to design and develop the H.A.R.P. (Hyundai Automotive Repair Program) web application. The application serves as a case management tool that facilitates the purchase of Hyundai Panel Parts (by our network of registered Panelbeaters) from our Parts Distribution Network. The application employs Optical Character Recognition (via an integration with DocSumo) to onboard quotes from other Dealer Management Systems. The platform also boasts a world class integration with Microcat, an International Electronic Parts Catalogue, to facilitate new quotes from the ground up. DCX also spearheaded the change management process as well as being our support partner for the platform. I'm happy to recommend the services of DCX!

Cl!ck2Buy is a revolutionary e-commerce solution that allows users to purchase vehicles online. Cl!ck2Buy employs spectacular 360 degree photography to showcase our lovely vehicles, and best of breed integrations with CMS and Dealernet, to facilitate vehicle finance applications. The initiative was a first in South Africa and was launched and executed with great aplomb. DCX also provides the photography services that allows us to showcase our vehicles (inside and out) allowing users to get a complete armchair perspective of the vehicle that they’re interested in.
