Mayfair Casino

Mayfair Casino is a landmark development — Mthatha's first licensed casino, delivered by The Billion Group, one of South Africa's largest black-owned property development companies. The venue represents a significant moment for the Eastern Cape's entertainment and hospitality economy, and the digital presence needed to carry that weight.
We built the Mayfair Casino website on a modern stack — React and Next.js on the front end for speed and polish, Umbraco for content management so the venue team can update promotions, events, and imagery without engineering support. The design leans premium without feeling corporate, presenting the venue the way it deserves to be presented: as a destination, not a utility.
It's a small reminder of what a well-made marketing site can do. For a venue this meaningful to its region, the digital front door had to feel like an invitation — and it does.
