Not every engagement is a greenfield build. Pandae Green Solutions operates an on-site waste management platform that helps South African businesses comply with evolving waste disposal legislation. They had an existing platform and needed an expert technical eye before scaling further.
DCX delivered a full platform code audit, a formal technical specification, and a review of their service-provider agreements. We identified where the architecture would hold, where it would bend under load, and what the team needed to formalise before signing their next set of partnership contracts. The work was diagnostic and advisory rather than build-focused — but for a platform entering a regulated market, that clarity is worth more than another round of features.
